Wild Thyme & Honey is a meticulously restored 16th century Cotswold inn now operating as a luxurious 24 bedroom boutique hotel with a standalone bar and restaurant (The Crown) plus a number of event spaces. 

Alongside a guided introduction to Scotland’s renowned single malts and how to taste them, we include a few carefully selected international whiskies for comparison.  The tasting is peppered with historical anecdotes, explanations of whisky quirks and traditions, and entertaining tidbits of knowledge you can use to impress your friends.

Each tasting lasts approximately 1hr30 and includes six whisky samples per person served in luxurious Glencairn Crystal glassware.

This is a seated tasting in an intimate setting with a maximum attendance of 10 guests.

The next tasting open to the public is scheduled for Saturday 5th September 2026.
